3 Canadian Firsts! Cinnamon Pastel, Pewter and all new Sterling Pastel!

To say that we have some exciting things happening at Markus Jayne Ball Pythons is an understatement! We certainly don't want to post everything that we produce, clutch by clutch, but we are more than willing to share some of our highlights.

Although some of our hatchlings may not seem to be new and exciting when it comes to the big picture, they are certainly big news to us! We will also feature hatchlings that are different and unique.

Please be assured that every hatchling is special in there own way...these are just some of out Latest Greatests!

This is the first Piebald produced here at our facility. Although there have been hundreds of Piebalds produced in the US, he could very well be the first ever produced in Canada!

He was hatched on June 19, 2005 and will join the ranks as a breeder here at MJBP.

Talk about your high contrast Albino! This little girl knocked my socks off when I saw her after her first shed! She is more orange than she is yellow in my opinion.

She was hatched June 12, 2005 and she ain 't going anywhere!

Introducing the Sterling Pastel! UPDATED PIC 7/28/05

Well we finally did it! We produced a 'First in the World'! She is a result of breeding a Pewter Pastel to a Pastel Jungle. She is technically a Super Pastel Pewter.

She was hatched June 27, 2005.

In 2004 we purchased a Pewter Pastel male from Greg Graziani. It was the most I had ever spent on a single snake. However Pewters are a triple threat snake when bred to normals. You can produce 3 different morphs in one clutch...Pastel Jungles, Cinnamons and Pewters! It's hard to top that. This is the first Pewter (male) ever produced in Canada by a male that is barely one year old. Not a bad investment!

Cinnamon Pastels are one of those snakes that you have to see in person in order to gain a true appreciation for. They have a velvety look with soft hues of brown and cinnamon. They have a very subdued beauty about them.

This is the first Cinnamon ever produced in Canada. It's a girl!

Mojave's have been one of my favorites ever since they first arrived on the scene a few years back. This little girl has nice striping and high blushing sides. Color can vary greatly on Mojave's as can the blushing.

I particularly like the striping on this one.

There are good Spiders and there are BAD ones. This is a good one. She has no spotting or pattern that even comes close to resembling a normal ball python. A lot do! She has nice high white sides and distinct head pattern.

She is a keeper!

This is our first Bumble Bee (cross between a Spider and Pastel Jungle). It's also another first ever produced in Canada by us. When I first saw Bumble Bees I was blown away! Can you say WOW!

He is a triple threat animal. When bred to normals he will produce Pastel Jungles, Spiders and Bumble Bees! Talk about a GOOD return on your investment!
